I began painting in 2019 from my home studio in Amsterdam. What started out as a welcome distraction during the Covid pandemic has quickly grown into a passion. Over the past few years I have explored many different styles, from realism to abstract art. The best thing about making art is that there are no rules. There is always room for experimentation and discovery.

Colour and movement are central to my work. I involve a variety of different materials and textures.

What I like about abstract art is that it gives you the freedom to see what you feel. You can give your own meaning to a piece of work. That makes each viewer’s experience unique. I hope to bring together positive energy, surprise and vibrancy in the work I create.
